  • Custom Product or personalized items, unless the error was caused by our store

How to Request a Refund or Claim

  • Attach clear photos or videos showing the damage, defect, or incorrect item

  • Wait for our team to review the information and notify you of the result

  • If approved, we will proceed with a refund, replacement, or the next appropriate step

  • Customer name and contact information

  • Photos of the received product

  • Photos of the outer packaging

  • A video of the package being opened
